I was impressed on so many levels! The office was beautiful and immaculate. There was a separate wait area that was extremely kid-friendly. The staff was warm and friendly offering you bottled water and coffee. Each person you met introduced themselves, told you what they do where they were taking you and what was about to occur. The equipment was sterile and everything was prepared already for you. Dr. Chanbo was soooooo friendly and welcoming and appreciative, thanking you for coming. The service, the office, the staff took me back to the days when customer service was highly regarded and people really took pride in their job. I haven’t enjoyed going to, not only the doctor, but a dentist this much in years! When you leave, you actually look forward to coming back! Thank you Dr. Sims and your 5-star staff!!
